Rajgir wildlife Sanctuary is situated at Rajgir, around 102 KM from the capital city of Patna in Bihar. The Rajgir Wildlife Sanctuary covers a picturesque plot that extends across an area that measures approximately 34 square kilometers. The climate that dominates at the Rajgir Wildlife Sanctuary of Bihar falls a bit on the wetter and damper side as torrential showers constitute an integral part of the daily schedule of the park. The place has a very beautiful classical monsoon climate. The place abounds in natural vegetation cover and mainly comprises of tropical deciduous forests. There are various rare species of plants & trees that are hard to find somewhere else.
