Architecture
The Name Matsyodari is combination of (Matsya- Fish) and (Udar- stomach ), the temple is situated in mountain which has shape like Fish so it is called as Matsyodari. Temple is constructed in North indian style of architecture, Sanctum is in form of shikara.
History
Matsyodari Devi Temple was built by Raja Ambarish and Ahilyabai Holkar of Holkar Dynasty is the contributor of this temple.
